Prices
The prices quoted throughout our online shopping facility include standard
UK VAT where appropriate. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time.
There may be occasions where prices are incorrectly quoted or change at short notice
as a result of circumstances beyond our control. If this situation occurs you will
be informed of the correct price by telephone or email as soon as possible and should
you not wish to proceed, that part of your order will be cancelled.
Value Added Tax
VAT is added at the current UK rate, except where goods are zero rated
for tax purposes. All quoted prices on the online shopping facility are inclusive
of VAT where applicable.
Delivery
Your goods will be delivered using either Royal Mail or a specialist carrier.
Delivery charges are shown when you place an order.
We dispatch goods on the same day if the order is received before 12.00 hrs, Monday

Returns
Unsuitable or defective items may be returned for refund or exchange providing
they are received within 14 days of the original delivery date in brand new, unused
condition, in the original packaging and accompanied by a completed returns form.
