Prices
The prices quoted throughout our online shopping facility include standard UK VAT where appropriate. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. There may be occasions where prices are incorrectly quoted or change at short notice as a result of circumstances beyond our control. If this situation occurs you will be informed of the correct price by telephone or email as soon as possible and should you not wish to proceed, that part of your order will be cancelled.

Value Added Tax
VAT is added at the current UK rate, except where goods are zero rated for tax purposes. All quoted prices on the online shopping facility are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Delivery
Your goods will be delivered using either Royal Mail or a specialist carrier. Delivery charges are shown when you place an order.

We dispatch goods on the same day if the order is received before 12.00 hrs, Monday - Friday, delivery is dependent on your location your choice of delivery and when you have ordered. Delays may be experienced during certain times of the year and if this is the case we will contact you as soon as possible via email. Deliveries to remote areas of the country may take longer to deliver than the times specified above. Please see the main website for details of current delivery charges and times for different areas of the UK. Any orders over 2kg in weight being shipped outside the UK will be subject to an extra postage charge, a Clan House representative will contact you, and a price for that delivery can be given.

Payment
When placing an order, the address given must be the same as that registered with your credit card company. To process your order more efficiently, we also request a land line telephone number (not a mobile) to be used in case of query. Credit card payments are processed by the B.O.S. online merchant from whom you will receive a separate notification of payment via email. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta and American Express by secure server. Returns
Unsuitable or defective items may be returned for refund or exchange providing they are received within 14 days of the original delivery date in brand new, unused condition, in the original packaging and accompanied by a completed returns form. We recommend that returned items are sent using an insured delivery service for your own protection. A re-delivery charge (at our standard rates) will apply to all items returned for exchange. Defective products will be replaced without a further delivery charge.
